- Parts can be returned between 0 and 30 days with no fee.
- Between 30 and 45 days there will be a 10% restock fee
- After 45 days, we will not be accepting returns
- 20% restocking fee on all totaled vehicle parts returned
- No returns on glass
- No returns on installed electrical items
- 48 hours from time of delivery to notify of damaged parts
- 48 hours from time of delivery to notify of inaccurate and/or non-stock SOP items
- Inaccurate will be considered items that are boxed wrong from the manufacturer or sold incorrectly by a member of our staff.
- After 48 hours, damaged parts and non-stock SOP will not be eligible for return
- Special Order items that are typically stocked will be eligible for standard return policy
- All returns must be accompanied by either an invoice copy, or a signed return slip that list the part number and invoice number.
- Please provide a reason for return (ie, damaged, boxed wrong, etc)
- When returning a part with a core charge, please specify if you are returning the whole part or only the core.
- All cores must be fully drained to be picked up for credit
