Return Policy

  • Parts can be returned between 0 and 30 days with no fee.
  • Between 30 and 45 days there will be a 10% restock fee
  • After 45 days, we will not be accepting returns
  • 20% restocking fee on all totaled vehicle parts returned
  • No returns on glass
  • No returns on installed electrical items
  • 48 hours from time of delivery to notify of damaged parts
  • 48 hours from time of delivery to notify of inaccurate and/or non-stock SOP items
    • Inaccurate will be considered items that are boxed wrong from the manufacturer or sold incorrectly by a member of our staff.
    • After 48 hours, damaged parts and non-stock SOP will not be eligible for return
  • Special Order items that are typically stocked will be eligible for standard return policy
  • All returns must be accompanied by either an invoice copy, or a signed return slip that list the part number and invoice number.
    • Please provide a reason for return (ie, damaged, boxed wrong, etc)
    • When returning a part with a core charge, please specify if you are returning the whole part or only the core.
      • All cores must be fully drained to be picked up for credit
